This is a new music video for the song, "Goons & Greasepaint," from the album, "Carnival Arcane." Produced by director, David Lyon, the music video also features previously-unreleased concert footage from Midnight Syndicate's multimedia horror production, Midnight Live! Legacy of Shadows. Midnight Syndicate Live! debuted at Cedar Point's HalloWeekends event in September of 2014. It has since enjoyed several years of successful runs at the park.

"We had a difficult time picking our first "preview" track as it's hard to single out any one track as being indicative of this CD as a whole. The song we chose is "Freakshow" as we think it bridges some familiar elements with a taste of some of what's in store. Inspired by some of my research, this track incorporates some of the more tragic elements of carnie life and the traditional freak show as well as the macabre." - Edward Douglas, Midnight Syndicate
