We do not charge licensing fees for the
use of our music in your attractions.
We do, however, require you register
with us each year.
If you are currently using or plan to
use any of Midnight Syndicate's CDs in
your professional attraction this year,
please register online now by clicking
here. Even if you have registered
with us in the past, we require that you
re-register each year.
As the Halloween season approaches, we
will provide you with a 24" x 36"
poster to place in an easily-visible area
of your attraction. It will state that
your attraction utilizes the music of
Midnight Syndicate. Once this is done
you will be protected legally. The posters
serve notice that you are using the music
with our permission. Also by doing this,
you will be helping us out with our promotional
efforts.
NOTE: Midnight
Syndicate's CDs are not music libraries
and Entity Productions retains all publishing
and performance rights. This registration
does NOT pertain to the music in film,
theatre productions, internet sites, commercials,
or any other type of production. If you

Haunted Carter Farms
Haunted
Carter Farms, one of the oldest haunted cornfield mazes in America, has chosen to theme this year's attraction after
The Dead Matter movie. The design of
this season's 5-acre maze blends cover art from
The Dead Matter DVD
and elements from Midnight Syndicate's
The Dead Matter: Cemetery Gates CD. In addition to taking guests
through scenes from The Dead Matter movie, haunt designers took the world created in The Dead Matter and
developed original scenes and an alternate storyline. Several original props from the film will be featured in the attraction.
